Operations Director
Mike is a self-motivated, enthusiatic Operations Director with over 20 years of experience in all aspects of process & product management, and quality control. He has worked in the UAE, UK and South Africa prior to joining ARRUS in Qatar. He is responsible for implementing QA/QC policies and measures and oversees the entire operations on all projects. His background in quantity surveying shapes his superb cost and contract management lead. His attention to detail and ability to approach tasks analytically ensures he is always able to extract maximum value from any engagement.
Prior to ARRUS, Mike’s experience in the Middle East included a 10-year tenure at Rider Levett Bucknall, where he was Senior Associate Director from 2014. He has significant experience working on large-scale projects in the Middle East, some of which include the Al Bayt Stadium in Qatar, the Blue Waters Island in Dubai, Dubai Design District and Khalifa University, Abu Dhabi.
